Freight Rates

March 31, 2008

To Our Valued Customers:

On behalf of Midwest Ag Service, LLC, I would like to thank you for your continued support.  We look forward to continuing to build our relationship, while serving your animal nutrition and management consulting needs.

As we enter into our 6th year of operations we have felt very fortunate about our ability to absorb the costs of every day and annual increases in our trucking expenses.  While we strive to absorb the brunt of these increases through greater efficiency, we hope you understand that we must now pass a portion of these costs on to you, our valued customer, through the implementation of a freight rate increase effective April 14, 2008.

Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.  We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with the superior level of products and services you have come to expect from Midwest Ag Service, LLC for many years to come.

Please remember Service is the cornerstone of our commitment to you.

Sincerely,

David
