WARNING: A withdrawal period has not been established for
this product in pre-ruminating cattle.
Do not use in calves to be processed for veal. CAUTION: The safety of Lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established;
do not allow horses or other equines access to Lasalocid
as ingestion may be fatal; feeding undiluted, mixing errors or inadequate
mixing (recirculation or agitation of liquid supplements) resulting in
excessive concentrations of Lasalocid could be fatal
to cattle. CAUTION: USE AS DIRECTED.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Feed as directed by Midwest Ag Service, LLC. Mix with non-medicated feed. Feed at a rate of .8 lbs per head per day to
provide 200 mg of Lasalocid.
