WARNING: A
withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating
cattle. Do not use in calves to be
processed for veal. CAUTION: The safety of Lasalocid
in unapproved species has not been established; do not allow horses or other
equines access to Lasalocid as ingestion may be
fatal; feeding undiluted, mixing errors or inadequate mixing (recirculation or
agitation of liquid supplements) resulting in excessive concentrations of Lasalocid could be fatal to cattle.

FOR USE
Feed as
directed by Midwest Ag Service, LLC. Mix
D & B Formulator B2880 with grain products to provide 2 to 4 ounces per
head per day and to provide 180 to 360 mg of Lasalocid
per head per day.
